One of the biggest challenges when introducing and expanding solid foods is figuring out how it all fits into a daily routine with milk feedings and naps. While it's crucial to always follow your baby's unique hunger cues, having a sample schedule can provide a helpful framework to build upon. Remember, these are just templates—flexibility is key!
